Yes, according to one of the elders in the book of Revelation:
Then one of the elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered; thus he can open the scroll and its seven seals. (Rev 5:5)
And according to the resurrected Christ who says:
I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root (rhiza) and the descendant (genos) of David, the bright morning star…The one who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!” (Rev 22:16, 20)
Jesus did not abandon his Jewish ethnicity at his Ascension. And he certainly did not lose his humanity when he left this earth. He is just as human now as he was at his resurrection. He is fully human, and fully Jewish now and forever more.
This, of course, has several implications, for example that Jesus is not just returning as a Jew, but he is returning to his Jewish nation and as a Jewish king, and they will turn to him as their Savior (Zech 12:10).
The book of Revelation also does not deny other ethnicity, it celebrates it:
“After these things I looked, and here was an enormous crowd that no one could count, made up of persons from every nation, tribe, people, and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb dressed in long white robes, and with palm branches in their hands.” (Rev 7:9)
“Now I heard the number of those who were marked with the seal, one hundred and forty-four thousand, sealed from all the tribes of the people of Israel:” (Rev 7:4)
Our future eternal existence will not be some monochromatic reality–it will be ethnically and nationally diverse, as God intends it to be.
