Two steps to get your copy:
1. Submit a request to the acquisitions librarian at your local Christian college or seminary that they purchase this book. Send a screenshot to me of that request.
2. Once they acquire the book for the library, take a picture of it and its spine showing the cataloging number. I will then send a free and signed copy to you.
