Many Christians have been caught off guard by the recent totalitarian takeover of our country. They fear a one-party rule (even though, in reality, it has been a de facto one-party rule for a very long time made up of both Democrats and Republicans).
That said, what really concerns me is too many Christians are utterly oblivious to how fast prophetic events will unfold in association with the Antichrist when the dominoes begin. It will not be piecemeal, but rapid.
Many churches are unprepared for the following reasons:
1. Pretribulationism: The warnings are relegated to “tribulation saints.” We will be raptured out of here so we do not have to concern ourselves with Jesus’s warnings.
2. Preterism/postmillennialism: The warnings were only applicable to the church in the first century. No need to concern ourselves with them now or in the future.
3. Historicism/amillennialism: The events are not referring to concrete circumstances in the future, so they only apply generally. They have no discernible features.
4. Pan-millennialism: We cannot know what will happen so don’t concern yourselves with biblical prophecy. Focus on “more important” issues.
Prewrath teaches and expects what is coming down the pipe. Know the Lord personally and know what he teaches concerning his return. Then take heed.
Understandably, there is great concern of losing our constitutional rights quickly in the next four years. But once the Beast’s system comes along with his mark system, you will certainly not have any recourse—except to lose your life in order to gain life!
I am not a pacifist by any means, but I understand that at the end of the day, the King of kings and Lord of lords will crush and destroy the godless political systems and those who run them.
Don’t watch Foxnews or any mainstream media outlets. It’s all lies out there. There is no peace or truth from those sources. Focus on God’s promises and study biblical prophecy diligently.

I explained that the tumult happening right now in society is a type of what will happen during the seventieth week of Daniel, in particular during the beginning of birth pangs and the Beast’s great tribulation. I talked about Matthew 24:25 (“Remember, I have told you ahead of time”) and how important to understand Jesus’s meaning of this verse as a Christian when we face those awful days of persecution without panic and trepidation. Rather, Jesus teaches believers how we can have peace and calmness during the Church’s worst persecution it will ever know.
