I don’t know about you, but I am sick of the proliferation of pop-prophecy teachers selling their “mysteries” of the Bible. And it will only get worse, sadly. Evidently, good old fashion exegesis of prophecy passages are old hat. We have to create mysteries and revelations that the biblical authors knew nothing about.
Listen closely people. There is a rude awakening that will happen in the future for people who follow these blind guides of Bible prophecy. They are not preparing the sheep for the slaughter. They are tantalizing the sheep’s ears with this mystery or that mystery. Woe to these teachers, for they are false teachers and misleading the people of God.
On the other side of the coin we have teachers who are saying that studying Bible prophecy is not important and a fool’s errand because we cannot know what the Bible teaches on these matters, and “how dare you think you know what the Bible teaches on end-times.”
