I do not write on politics or world events, but I am going to make an exception. I see something ominous in the making, creepy may be a better term.
A couple of months before Obama was elected president I begun to noticed his egotism. Even in the beginning of his term he was meeting with presidential historians! Over the past few years, I have become convinced that Obama is a narcissist. I am not name calling when I say that. I mean that in the clinical sense of the term: narcissistic personality disorder. I have also noticed that political pundits are broaching NPD as an explanation for his behavior. Don’t get me wrong, I believe it is the sin of pride in the core of his heart and thus should not be explained away as non-spiritual.
This makes sense on a number of levels, not least that he will not listen to even his closest advisers. Further, he loathes the other two branches of government, judicial and legislative. In short, Obama wants to rule this country unabated.
This leads me to my point. I don’t believe that Obama is satisfied with ruling this country. I believe he would like to be the Secretary-General of the United Nations. As you all know, when liberals do not get their way through legislation, their MO is to have a court overturn it. Obama loathes our supreme court, he thinks he is above it. And in his mind, the UN court should be higher than the US supreme court.
In this term he has been trying to undercut our national sovereignty by circumventing the courts and congress. Further, he has intentionally been pushing for more UN control over the US (energy, war, secularism, health care, etc). He dislikes American exceptionalism because he is a globalist. And it is no secret that Obama despises our constitution (because it limits government), which is why he would enjoy seeing our constitutional rights supplanted by the UN.
But supplanting our rights with the UN is not his end goal: Obama has a back up plan if he does not get re-elected. If he loses I can see him becoming the UN leader. And by that time, much of our sovereignty will be given over to the UN.
Obama has his own tyrannical interests at heart. He is not good for America and freedom.
